While no company can absolutely guarantee outcomes, the knowledge I have acquired through my years of proven success in leading HR operations, as well as working and volunteering with various non-profit organizations, gives me the ability to decipher root causes and predict expected outcomes from implemented measures. I am confident that I can develop and provide plans and resources for you that will give you the resolution you desire.

Q. Do you only work with nonprofit organizations?

A. No. While nonprofit is my passion, I also offer my consulting services to small businesses who are committed to operating with integrity and creating a positive workplace environment.

Q. What if my budget won't allow me to implement all of the services?

A. I understand that cost is always a significant consideration for any product or service, particularly in the nonprofit sector. Part of my detailed analysis will include information on hard and soft costs associated with your problems as they are currently and the anticipated future costs if they continue, as well as the cost savings that can be gained by implementing my recommended solutions. However, pressured sales is not part of how I operate and ultimately my client's decision is always respected.

Q. What is involved in the discovery meeting?

A. This virtual or phone meeting generally takes less than 30 minutes, and my goal is to determine your pain points or specific concerns, as well as gain an insight into the work climate of the organization. The more detailed information you share will help me to best assess the scope of your issues. I will also present my assessment and provide recommended solutions to meet your unique needs.

Q. What is the total cost of your services?

A. The typical HR answer is 'it depends'. However, part of the reason my company has the word 'ethical' in the name is because I am committed to honesty and ethical operations in my business. My Discovery Meeting is of no cost and I will provide you with a high level assessment and recommended solutions. If you choose to move forward with my services, I will develop a proposal outlining all fees for your customized action plan and solutions.

Q. How soon can I expect my customized action plan from you after I sign the proposal and contract?

A. Typically, I can provide a customized action plan within five business days of the Discovery Meeting and can begin implementing solutions within five additional business days.
